Who knows and who cares? The bottom line is that Scooter got his "Get Out of Jail Free" card as a result of CRONYISM and a very bad abuse of presidential power (and, of course, very bad judgment!)... and a hugely-blatant FLOUTING of our criminal justice system.

He he gave 140 pardons so they would talk and tell just what all the Clinton's did and should be behind bars now and not in a race to run down the country again.

Look, Scooter was the attorney for one of the most infamous of Clinton's 11th-hour pardons -- Marc Rich. Rich made millions buying illegal crude, doubling the price he sold it for to America. It was Scooter that did the paperwork. Rich holds citizenships for America, Israel and Switzerland.

Scooter represents the government that we don't get to vote for that has major decision-making over our lives. Let's be nice to him. Scooter is immune. He doesn't have to rat out.
